The item gets dispatched within 3-5 days from the day your order gets placed. It gets delivered in another 5-7 days.
All the shipping is done through Delivery/Blue dart/Safe Express ground shipping.
Please check the product packaging before accepting the delivery from Blue dart/Safe Express. If tampered, please do not accept the same.

Products are to be delivered to doorstep. Mattresses are heavy and delivering it through staircase is difficult. So please allow to use the lift service.
In case the mattress doesn't fit in the lift, the delivery will be till ground floor. Customers may negotiate with the delivery people to deliver using stairs in which case they may have to negotiate it for the extra service being offered by the delivery agents.
