For a return process to be approved and initiated, the pictures of the packed mattress should be shared within the 100 days from the day of delivery by the customer. Failing to share the images of the packed mattress, will lead to disqualification of the return process. Mattress once exchanged or replaced will not be eligible for 100 days trial. As part of the offer, if a customer opts for a regular or contour pillow, trial is not applicable on the pillows and if the mattress is returned during the trial period of 100 days, pillows will not be returned and the customer will be charged their current selling price for the same.
Once Your Return Is Received And Inspected And Found To Be In Order, We Will Send You An Email To Notify You With Confirmation Regarding Receipt Of The Return. We Will Also Notify You Regarding The Approval Or Rejection Of Your Return Request.
